Schebler Specialty Fab can help eliminate both large and small dust particles from your workspace. We have fabricated and installed dust collection systems for many customers in a variety of industrial settings. These custom systems include cyclones, bag-houses, blowpipes and duct work. We custom fabricate each system based on the specific needs and exacting designs of every customer. Following fabrication, Schebler technicians can install your custom solution at your facility.

Custom projects start with an evaluation of specific application, installation and environmental requirements. Along with selecting the type and size of the dust collection system, the material choice is critical to match the

placement of the unit and intended function. The ability of Schebler Specialty Fab to expertly produce fabrications from a wide-array of material types and sizes means we can meet the specific application requirements.

One of the systems Schebler can fabricate is a cyclone collector. This type of system uses centrifugal, gravitational, or inertial forces to separate the dust from an airstream. Once separated, the dust is removed to a hopper by gravity for temporary storage. The main use of this type of collector is in pre-cleaner applications to remove larger particles and debris and to avoid overloading and damaging subsequent, more efficient, collector systems.
