Stainless Steel Fabrication

Steel Sheet Metal
We may specialize in cutting-edge capabilities and innovative solutions, but our reputation for expert sheet metal workmanship calls all the way back to our founding in 1895. Working with sheet metal ranging in thickness from 30 gauge to 7 gauge, we specialize in complex, dimensionally accurate fabrications that stand the test of time. Our experienced welders are certified to American Welding Society (AWS) and Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) codes and are ready for any challenging weld configurations needed to get the job done the right way.
Heavy Steel Plate
From pressure vessels to barge components to decorative and structural steel, heavy steel plate has to hold up under a lot of pressure. Our welders and fabricators are experts at working with the different sizes, types and grades of this hefty material. Our welders are certified to American Welding Society (AWS) and Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) codes and are ready to take on even the most challenging weld configurations and meet structural design requirements, no matter the hardness, strength or characteristics.
Aluminum Fabrication
Working with non-ferrous materials is an art and a craft — and Schebler Specialty Fab is proud to provide the craftsmen with expertise in the art. We have the advanced capabilities to cut, form and weld multiple grades of aluminum, including a water jet able to cut aluminum over 1/2” and a separate non-ferrous fabrication facility for a controlled fabrication and assembly environment when the project demands it.
High-Temperature Alloys
What do aerospace and mining have in common? They can’t function without incredibly strong, corrosion-resistant alloys that can handle the heat. Schebler Specialty Fab can also handle the heat, taking on the challenges of high-temperature alloys with expert craftsmen and cutting-edge capabilities. We produce custom work with high-temperature alloys on a contractual basis, using Hastelloy®, Inconel® and Monel® high-temperature alloys and more, with a non-ferrous fabrication facility for a controlled production and assembly environment to avoid dangerous cross-contamination.
Titanium Alloys
The aerospace and armament industries rely on titanium alloys for their strength-to-weight ratio, their mechanical properties and their resistance to corrosion.
